The front desk person (Matt) has been phenomenal. Accommodating and professional, and very welcoming. Due to booking through a third party there was an issue with my reservation, but Matt was very nice to make my stay work. Also needed batteries for the TV remote, and again he was right on it, and solved the issue. You can't beat the location for easy access to restaurants and the amusement park. Hotel is a little dated, and you can see it is getting up there in age. But for the price and especially the service, you can't go wrong.
I have nothing to say but great things!! Dip the gentlemen that booked our room and checked us in was VERY VERY nice, courteous and welcoming. I will be back to this hotel when ever back to Charlotte.
Matt is awesome. He helped with the checkin and upgraded our room bc I booked the wrong room. Way to Go Matt. Hotel lobby is clean and the energy is fantastic. Super friendly.
Stayed here for 7 months on a temp job. Location is fantastic with QT gas station, Cracker barrel, plenty of other food spots and Carrowinds. The staff here will take care of you with any problems or situations you as a guest may have. Security cameras are monitored. Breakfast is hot. Cleaning staff sometimes can miss something - but the hotel takes it very seriously when reported. Affordable, convenient, friendly, safe and hospitable.
The man at the front desk was very polite and friendly he’s a joy to see and talk to. He will make any ones day. Happy to have him check me in

I stayed here November 14th through the 17th. Matt at the front desk was absolutely amazing. A+ guest service. He was very kind and polite and addressed any of my needs. Thank you very much Matt. Check in was very quick and easy. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Nice and peaceful stay. I'd definitely come back here again. Thank you Quality Inn for an awesome stay.
Mr Patel is an awesome host. This hotel feels like family. From Sam who works night shift to the Irish Guy all the staff takes care of the guests. Even the house keepers are nice. The rooms are clean and smell great and for the price compared to the other hotels is the best hotel near Carowinds. Stayed over a month here working and would come back anytime.
